All Sales Are Final

Because each CarterVerse product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Jon@carterverse.art. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.

Custom & Limited-Edition Items

Custom or limited-edition items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged during shipping.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect shipping addresses or unclaimed deliveries. If your order is returned to us, we can reship it—shipping fees will apply.

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders—no minimums, no surprises.

Processing & Delivery Time

All CarterVerse products are made to order. Please allow 8–14 business days for your order to arrive. This includes production, packaging, and shipping time.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can obsessively refresh your browser until it arrives (we get it).

Delays & Delivery Issues

While we do our best to meet all delivery windows, carrier delays can happen. If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 business days, reach out to us at Jon@carterverse.art and we’ll investigate.

Wrong Address?

Please double-check your shipping info before submitting your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.
